SECTION 3 — BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

When you book a session through our website, you are requesting an appointment.

AZ Medium Reagan reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion.

Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received according to the payment instructions provided.

All bookings are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment instructions will be sent via email after a booking request is received.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the payment email in order to secure the appointment.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be cancelled and the appointment time released.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 — CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS

Appointments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which outlines:

SECTION 6 — SESSION RECORDING POLICY

Mediumship and mentorship sessions may be recorded for accuracy, quality, and personal record-keeping purposes.

Recordings are stored securely by AZ Medium Reagan and are kept solely for reference related to the session.

Clients have the right to request that their session not be recorded. If you prefer that your session not be recorded, please notify us prior to the start of the session.

Upon request, clients may receive a full, unedited recording of their session at no additional charge. Recordings will be provided via email as a downloadable file when requested.

Session recordings will not be used for promotional purposes, including advertisements, social media content, marketing materials, videos, or any public distribution without the client’s explicit permission.

Unless otherwise discussed with the client, session recordings will be securely deleted after 90 days.

Clients are responsible for securely storing any recordings that are provided. Recordings may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission from AZ Medium Reagan.

By participating in a session, you acknowledge and agree to this recording policy unless you have requested otherwise prior to the start of the session.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, designs, videos, and other materials, are the property of AZ Medium Reagan and are protected by intellectual property laws.
