Refund policy

By booking a reading with AZ Medium Reagan, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy.

Payment is not collected directly through this website. After booking, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment is due within 24 hours of that email being sent, by the date and time listed in the message. Any reading that is not paid for within the 24 hour payment window is subject to cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, please email azmediumreagan@gmail.com as soon as possible. Reschedule requests may be approved at my discretion based on availability.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled reading. I allow a 10 minute grace period from the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived or made contact within that grace period, the session may be considered a no-show and may be canceled without refund.

If you are late but arrive within the grace period, your reading may still need to end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed.

All completed readings are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction, personal disagreement with the information received, lack of recognition of a message, or if a specific loved one, pet, spirit, outcome, or answer does not come through.

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or end a session at any time at my discretion. If I cancel a session before it begins and no reschedule is arranged, a refund may be issued.

Refunds, partial refunds, credits, or rescheduling options are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless otherwise required by law.
