By purchasing, booking, or participating in a session with AZ Medium Reagan, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimer and terms.
All psychic, mediumship, pet mediumship, pet psychic, oracle card, intuitive, and spiritual reading services are offered for spiritual insight, personal reflection, emotional support, and entertainment purposes only. Readings are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, predict, prevent, or replace professional advice, care, or services of any kind.
I am not a medical, legal, financial, mental health, veterinary, or other licensed professional, and no reading should be used as a substitute for professional guidance. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and interpretations before, during, and after your session.
During a reading, I share the information, impressions, symbols, feelings, and messages I intuitively receive. I do not guarantee that a specific loved one, pet, spirit, message, outcome, timeline, answer, or piece of information will come through. I also do not guarantee that every detail will be understood, validated, or meaningful to you at the time of the reading.
Mediumship and psychic readings are subjective experiences. You understand that messages may be interpreted differently by each person and that no reading is guaranteed to be 100% accurate, complete, or exactly what you expected. You agree to receive your reading with personal discernment and understand that you are not required to accept anything that does not resonate with you.
Readings may include sensitive, emotional, unexpected, or personal information. I will always aim to communicate with care, respect, and integrity, but I am not responsible for how information is received, interpreted, acted upon, or emotionally processed after the session.
By booking a session, you agree that AZ Medium Reagan is not liable for any decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, damages, emotional distress, dissatisfaction, misunderstandings, or claims that may arise from your reading or from your interpretation of the information shared.
You also understand that readings are not emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, safety concern, or urgent legal, financial, or veterinary matter, please contact the appropriate licensed professional or emergency service immediately.
All sessions are intended for clients who are 18 years of age or older unless otherwise approved with appropriate parent or guardian consent.

Right to Refuse, Cancel, or End a Session
I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or end any session at any time, either before or during the reading, at my sole discretion.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations where I feel the reading is not energetically, emotionally, ethically, or professionally appropriate to continue; where a client is disrespectful, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, impaired, or attempting to use the reading for purposes outside the scope of my services; or where the requested service crosses personal, spiritual, professional, or ethical boundaries.
I also reserve the right to decline questions, topics, or requests that I do not feel comfortable reading on, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, pregnancy, death prediction, missing persons, criminal investigations, or any matter that should be handled by a qualified licensed professional.
If a session is refused, canceled, rescheduled, or ended early, any refund, partial refund, rescheduling option, or credit will be determined at my discretion and in accordance with my posted booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that I am entitled to maintain my personal, ethical, professional, and energetic boundaries, and that I am not obligated to provide or continue a reading that I determine is inappropriate, unsafe, harmful, or outside the scope of my practice.
